I am an individual and couples therapist, as well as a grief counselor and mediator. My passion is to help clients live their best lives and cultivate healthy relationships. As a therapist, I will prioritize your well-being and personal growth. Meet An Phong “AP” Vo

Education and Training

Education: I hold a dual Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law (JD/BCL) from Louisiana State University and a social work degree, MSW, from the University of Houston.

Current Training: I have training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method, Self-Compassion, and Positive Psychology, all known to bring healing to individuals couples and families. In addition, I hold certificates in Advanced Mind-Body Medicine, Hypnotherapy Intensive Training, and Complicated Grief Therapy (CGT) as well as TEAM-CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

Language Proficiencies: I am bilingual in English and Vietnamese.

When I’m not working, I seek quiet time, like reading and taking in nature. I love springtime and seeing wildflowers in full bloom! I enjoy long lunches, baking, and getting a full 8 hours of sleep!
